Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a professional Grill and Grill Accessories manufacturer, equipped with professional production lines, gas lab, have experienced engineering team, QC team and very well-trained workers.
Q: Do you provide samples? If yes, what is the lead time?
A: Yes, we welcome customer to request for samples. Usually,samples can be delivered in 7-10 days after sample fees received. For newly design models, longer lead time might be required, it depends on the designs and if there are customized parts.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A:Approx.35-45 days after PO is confirmed.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM projects?
A: Yes, both are welcome. Apart from our own designed products, we are glad to do OEM/ODM projects, our professional appliance engineering team will provide necessary technical supports.
